We provide Consultancy services to Clients at all stages of the project value chain starting from strategy formulation, business case generation and financial modelling. We can provide experienced commercial staff to support the development, review and negotiation of contracts along with project management and engineering specialists to assist with bids and proposal generation. We also provide experienced specialists to support Projects in execution with a focus on project and commercial management and system integration of signalling and telecommunication systems.

Appointed to develop financial models on behalf of a Client for turnkey railway projects in excess of $1.5bn.

Appointed to led all aspects of the sales and tender process and produced the commercial and technical documentation for a turnkey re-signalling project covering 890km.

Appointed to develop telecommunication strategy and Technical Requirements Document to support upcoming system procurement by a Client.

Supported a Client with Marketing including arranging participation on Rail conferences, providing speakers and the placement of articles in leading Rail Journals.

Appointed to develop and execute a new international business strategy for a leading Russian Signalling & Telecommunication supplier. This included meeting with the shareholders to discuss their vision, based on the vision we developed a strategy and supported the company through the execution and closing of contracts.
